Prices in AUD inc. GST. The price you sign up on is locked for the life of your subscription; pricing for new signups rises in 2027. The only other cost is robot Pay when you get paid: 2.4% + 30¢ per successful card payment, no monthly fee. Existing members always keep the deal they signed up on.

What does “founding price” mean?

The price you start on is the price you keep for as long as you stay subscribed — we don’t raise it on existing members, we don’t charge per user and we don’t split features into add-ons. New-signup pricing rises in 2027, so the $89 is for people who join now.

How does the 30 days free work?

Sign up with your email, set a password and you’re in. You can add a card during setup or skip it and add one later — nothing is charged until the 30 days are up. Cancel from your settings before then and you pay nothing.

What happens after the 30 days?

Pay yearly and robot Plan is $69 a month ($828 billed once a year). Prefer month to month? Your first billed month is $39, then $89 a month. All prices inc GST.

How many people can use it?

Your whole crew, no extra cost. Admins, project managers and techs each get their own login and role.

How much does robot Pay cost?

No monthly fee and no terminal. 2.4% + 30¢ per successful payment, and the money goes to your bank.

Is there a contract?

No. Month to month, cancel whenever you like. The yearly option is simply 12 months paid up front at the lower rate.

Does the plan software work on my phone?

Quotes, jobs, texts and invoices are built for the phone. Marking up a floor plan is best on a desktop or iPad — most sparkies do the plan at home and run everything else from the van. The plan is optional: everyday jobs go straight to a quote.

I only need quoting. Is there something cheaper?

Yes — robot Quote is quoting only, no planner, for one person: $29 a month for your first 3 months, then $49.
