One app. Four jobs it does for you.
Plan software, quote software, job management and customer management — built as one thing, so nothing gets typed twice and nobody needs to sit in an office.
Comes loaded with an electrical price list — install prices and hourly rates — at your charge-out rate. Copper moves? Lift every cable price in one tap. The customer taps to accept and sign.

Best on a desktop or iPadSee how it works →Accepted quote becomes the job. Crew, calendar, photos, bills, hours, invoice — one card per job.

This is where every other app leaves you ringing people from the ute. robot asks you one question and handles the rest — in your name.
robot asks the crew “On time?” before the hour-before text. Tap Late +15 and the customer gets a text — you didn't write it.
Tap Can't go. Nothing goes to the customer; the owner gets told so the job is moved, not missed.
Drag the booking. The crew gets a push, the customer gets the new time.
Wholesaler invoice emailed in, read, matched to the job. One question: extras, or included?
Sound familiar?
The kids are asleep. You’re still at the kitchen table.
You’re at footy pickup. It’s already done.
Why it exists
robot is built by robot — a Sydney electrical business that runs its own jobs, its own crew and its own invoices on it every day, from the van. Every feature earns its place on a real job first.
No office required
This one runs while you’re on the tools. Here’s a normal day.
7:12pm · on the couch
You get an email. Now open the laptop, type a deposit invoice, text them about a time, put it in the calendar.
Your phone lights up with the next steps already waiting. Deposit, booking, project — three taps.
Your next move is already waiting.

10:40am · at the wholesaler
It sits in your inbox. You forget to charge the extras, and the margin goes with it.
It’s already on the right job, asking one question: charge it as extras, or was it included?
Nothing slips through.

4:00pm · the day before
You text every customer yourself. Or you forget, and nobody’s home when you pull up.
Booking confirmations and reminders — the day before and an hour out — go on their own.
Set it once. Never think about it again.
6:15am · stuck behind a truck
You ring the customer while driving. Or you don’t, and they ring you — “are you still coming?”
robot asks you first: On time? Tap Late +15. The customer gets a text in your name, and the booking moves. Can’t go? Nothing goes to the customer — the owner gets told.
When things don’t go to plan, the customer still hears from you.
6:45am · before the first coffee
Phone calls, group chats, and someone turns up at the wrong house.
They get a push the second they’re booked or the time moves. Start Day logs who’s driving which van.
Everyone knows. Nobody rings you.

3:30pm · job’s done
Hunt for the terminal you rent every month. Or send an invoice and wait thirty days.
The invoice has a Pay button. They pay on the spot — card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
No terminal. No monthly fee.

End of the month
Nobody knows until the accountant tells you — months later.
Bills, hours and invoices land on every job, so profit is sitting there the whole time.
Know your numbers without doing the numbers.

Look like the big outfit
Your logo on every quote. A live plan the customer can tap through. A Pay button on every invoice. Got a floor plan? Mark it up on your phone and the quote comes straight off it.
No plan needed for everyday jobs — quote a switchboard in seconds.
Plan software is best on a desktop or iPad — everything else is built for the phone.

In their words
“The thing I didn’t realise is how many parts I constantly forgot to allow for when I’m pricing jobs. I’m honestly shocked seeing what I forgot to order.”
“robot Plan gives us the tools to edit the electrical plans ourselves, saving us a lot of time and money.”
robot Pay
Every invoice has a Pay button. Customers pay on the spot by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay — straight from the text or email, or by scanning the code on your phone on site.
Quote and plan with the brands you install every day

And everything else
Customer, schedule, checklist, sign-off and billing — every job on one card.

Hundreds of electrical items already priced — install pricing and hourly pricing, each at your charge rates. Change your hourly rate and the whole list re-prices.

The app tracks the copper market. When it moves, one tap lifts every cable price by that percentage — no spreadsheet, no re-typing.

Put it in your Instagram bio. Customers book themselves in.

Every tech, every job, every day — drag, drop, done.

Chase overdue in a tap. Paid invoices sync to Xero.

Email the wholesaler invoice in. It lands on the right job and asks: extras, or included?

Who’s driving which van, when they started, when they knocked off. Timesheets fill themselves.

Ask what’s outstanding. Talk a job through and it drafts the job or quote — you confirm with a tap.

When you’re stuck
robot is run by an electrical business. Support answers come from people who've done the job.
Email support@robotplan.com.au and we usually get back the same business day, Sydney time.
Our assistant answers most how-do-I questions straight away, on the site and inside the app.
Book a call before work or after 3pm. Bring a real job and we'll run it through together.
On your phone
robot runs in Safari or Chrome today — add it to your home screen and it opens full-screen like any app, with push notifications for the crew. The App Store version is with Apple for review and lands as soon as they approve it.
No. That’s the whole point. It’s built for a sparky running the business from the van — quotes, bookings, reminders, invoices and payments are set up so you can handle the lot between jobs, in a few taps.
Never. Most jobs go straight to a quote. The plan is there for the big ones — new builds, renos, lighting design — when you want the quote to come straight off the drawing.
The iPhone app is coming to the App Store. Until then robot runs in your phone’s browser — add it to your home screen and it works like an app — and on any computer.
Every invoice has a Pay button through robot Pay, powered by Stripe. Customers pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. No terminal, no monthly fee — 2.4% + 30¢ per payment, and the money goes to your bank, never ours.

Quotes, jobs, texts and invoices are built for the phone. Marking up a floor plan is fiddly on a small screen, so the plan software is best on a desktop or iPad — most sparkies do the plan at home and everything else from the van.
