How to delete your account
Permanently delete your robot account and data, from the app or by email.
You can delete your account yourself, any time, from inside the app. It’s permanent, so robot asks you to confirm first.
Before you start
Deleting your account as the owner:
- Cancels your subscription immediately.
- Permanently deletes every plan, quote and customer link.
- Can’t be undone — there’s no restore.
Just want to stop paying? You can cancel instead and keep your plans saved. See Manage your subscription.
Delete your account in the app
You’re signed out straight away.
- 1Open Settings (tap your name at the top right, then Profile & account).
- 2Tap Subscription.
- 3Scroll to Delete account and tap Delete my account.
- 4Tell us why you’re leaving.
- 5Type DELETE to confirm.
- 6Tap Permanently delete my account.
If you’re a crew member
Crew members can delete their own login from Settings too — tap Delete my account at the bottom of your profile and follow the same steps. This removes your login and your access to the team’s plans and quotes. The business account and its work stay with the owner.
Delete by email instead
Prefer us to do it? Email support@robotplan.com.au from your account email with the subject Delete my account. We’ll confirm, then permanently delete your account and data — except records we must keep by law.
