How to use webhooks
Send every accepted quote to Make, n8n, your own system or a spreadsheet — signed, retried and logged.
A webhook is an address robot posts to whenever a customer accepts one of your quotes. Anything that can catch a webhook can pick it up.
Turn it on
- 1Tap Settings, then open Integrations.
- 2Tap Webhooks to open the card.
- 3Paste your address into Webhook URL. It must start with https://.
- 4Tap Save. The card shows On once it’s set up.

What gets sent
Each time a customer accepts a quote, robot sends a quote.accepted message with:
- The quote — number, title, subtotal, total, when it was accepted, who signed, and a link to it.
- The customer — name, business name, email, phone and address.
- The lines — name, description, qty, unit price, line total, and your part numbers where you have them.
- The currency.
Section headings and optional items the customer said no to are left out of the lines.
Send a test
Tap Send a test. robot sends a real-looking accepted quote, marked as a test, so you can build your automation against it.
You’ll see “Test sent — check the other end.” Then check your tool to make sure it arrived.
Check what’s been sent
Tap Recent activity on the card to see every send:
- Green — delivered, with the reply your system gave.
- Amber — waiting to send, with the time of the next try.
- Red — gave up, with the reason.
If your end is down, robot tries up to five times over about nine hours, so a short outage sorts itself out. After 10 failures in a row it stops trying and the card shows Switched off — fix your end, then tap Turn back on.
Signing key (optional)
Every send is signed so your system can prove it came from robot. The Signing key is shown on the card — tap Copy to grab it. The signature comes in the X-Robot-Signature header.
If your tool doesn’t ask for it, you can ignore it.
Only use Rotate the signing key → Generate a new key if you think someone’s seen it. Anything checking the old key stops working straight away.
Pause or remove it
Tap Turn off to pause sending, and Turn back on to start again.
Tap Remove to delete the webhook. Accepted quotes stop being sent, and you can set it up again any time.
