How to put robot on your phone
Add robot to your home screen so it opens like a normal app.
robot is built for your phone. The iPhone app is coming to the App Store — until then, add robot to your home screen and it opens full-screen with one tap, just like an app.
On an iPhone (Safari)
- 1Open robot in Safari and sign in.
- 2Tap the Share button — the square with the arrow pointing up.
- 3Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- 4Tap Add. The robot icon appears on your home screen.
Good to know
On iPhone, adding to the home screen only works from Safari’s Share menu.
On Android (Chrome)
- 1Open robot in Chrome and sign in.
- 2Tap the ⋮ menu at the top right.
- 3Tap Install app or Add to Home screen — the wording depends on your Chrome version. Both do the same thing.
- 4Confirm. The icon appears on your home screen and in your app drawer.
Why bother?
