How to save and use quote templates

Save a quote you send often as a template, then start new quotes from it in one tap.

If you quote the same kind of job again and again — switchboard upgrades, a standard fit-off — a template saves you rebuilding it every time.

Save a quote as a template

Open the quote you want to reuse.

Tap Next steps → Templates (on a phone you can also tap ⋯ at the bottom → Templates).

Tap + Save current quote as template.

Give it a name and confirm.

Start from a template

Create a new quote for your customer.

Tap Next steps → Templates.

Pick the template from Your templates and confirm Load template.

Good to know

Loading a template replaces the quote’s title, sections, lines, terms, discount and payment schedule. The customer and quote number stay the same.

Delete a template

In Your templates, tap the delete button next to the template and confirm Delete template.
