How to send accepted quotes to Simpro, Tradify or AroFlo
Use the Job system sync wizard and a free Zapier account to create a job in your system every time a quote is accepted.
There’s no one-tap button for Simpro, Tradify or AroFlo yet — so robot uses Zapier as the messenger in the middle. You set it up once and then leave it alone.
Before you start
Open Settings → Integrations → Job system sync. Next to I use, pick Simpro, Tradify, AroFlo or Other. The steps change to suit your system, and each one ticks off as you finish it.
- A Zapier account — a free one is fine.
- Your login for Simpro, Tradify or AroFlo (Zapier will ask for it).
- About 10 minutes.
Step 1 — Bring your prices in
Export your catalogue from your job system as a CSV, then tap Import catalogue. It opens the import in your Pricing Library.
Your part numbers come with it, so every quote line carries the code your system already knows.
Steps 2 to 4 — Set up the Zap and test it
- 1In Zapier, tap Create Zap.
- 2Choose Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger, then pick Catch Hook.
- 3Copy the URL Zapier shows you.
- 4Back in robot, paste it into Paste the address Zapier gave you and tap Save.
- 5In Zapier, hit Test trigger so it’s listening.
- 6In robot, tap Send a test quote. When it arrives, Zapier shows a sample quote with every field.
Step 5 — Point the Zap at your system
Back in Zapier, add the action for your system and connect your account when it asks:
- 1Match up the customer name, email and site address.
- 2Put the quote link in the job notes — that’s your one-tap path back to the itemised quote.
- 3Switch the Zap on.
- Simpro → Create Service Job
- Tradify → Create Job
- AroFlo → Create Task
That’s it. From now on every quote a customer accepts lands in your system by itself — usually within five minutes.
What comes across
The job gets the customer, the address, the total and a link to the full quote.
The line items themselves don’t come across — Zapier can’t add them to a job one by one. The quote link is your itemised list, one tap from the job.
The Zapier address you save here is the same one shown on the Webhooks card. Changing it in one place changes it in both. See Webhooks.
