One price runs your whole business — and your whole crew. robot Plan is free for 30 days, with no charge until your trial ends.
robot Plan — everything
robot Plan is the full product: quotes, your price book, plans and Auto-Quote, jobs, the calendar, crew and users, Start Day, timesheets, online bookings, SMS reminders, invoicing, robot Pay, supplier bills, profit, and the Xero and ServiceM8 connections.

- Or pay yearly: $828/year up front — that works out at $69/month and saves 22%.
- Your whole crew is included — unlimited users, with Admin, Project Manager and Employee roles.
robot Quote — quoting only
robot Quote is for one person who just needs to quote. It includes unlimited branded quotes, SMS quoting and e-signature, and a Xero invoice when a quote is accepted. It doesn’t include plans, jobs or the crew tools.

Outgrown quoting? You can move from robot Quote to robot Plan on the Subscription & billing page. You’re only charged the difference for the rest of the billing period.
robot Pay fees
robot Pay lets customers pay your invoices by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. There’s no monthly fee — just 2.4% + 30¢ per payment. On site, show the customer a Scan to Pay QR code. Payouts land in your bank on Stripe’s normal cycle.
Good to know
- Prices are in Australian dollars, inc GST. Your price is locked for as long as you stay subscribed; pricing for new signups rises in 2027.
- Cancel any time — your plans stay saved if you cancel.
- Signed up on an earlier deal? You keep the price you were shown when you signed up.
