How to download the plan PDF, product list and materials

Where the downloads live

Tap Next steps in the plan. The Download tab opens first.

Plan PDF

You get one page per floor, plus a summary page if you included the product list or switch schedule. robot remembers your choices for next time.

   Tap Plan PDF (Every floor + product list).

   Pick the paper size — A4, A3 or A1 — and Landscape or Portrait.

   Under Include, tick Legend (beside each floor), Product list (summary page) and Switch schedule (summary page) as you need.

   Check the preview and tap Save as PDF.

   In your print window, choose Save as PDF and match the paper size you picked.

Product list

Product list (Category-grouped list + switch schedule) prints every product grouped by category, with a tick box on each row — handy as a pick list. It includes the switch schedule and cabling runs.

Materials, notes and switchboard

• Materials — a bill of materials for your wholesaler. robot saves the plan first.
• Notes — every note on the plan, yours and the customer’s.
• Additional job items — turn notes into a variation quote.
• Switchboard schedule — an editable PDF you can retype on site. Needs a switchboard with circuits on the plan.

Interactive copy (works offline)

You get a single file that opens in any browser, with no internet needed. Pinch to zoom, tap a device for details, and view or print the products.

   Tap Interactive copy (Works offline, on any device — locks the plan).

   Tick Also email it to the customer if you want robot to send it too.

   Tap Download interactive copy (or Download + email).

Unlock a locked plan

   Tap 🔒 Edit in the top bar.
2. 2
   Tap Unlock and edit (or Keep locked to leave it).

   Make your changes, then send a fresh copy so the customer’s file matches.
