Your plans list: find, open and manage plans
Every plan you’ve drawn in one list — grouped by customer, with Draft, Sent and Locked at a glance.
The Plans page is your plan cabinet. Search it, group it by customer, and see at a glance which plans the customer has seen.
Find a plan
Grouped by Customer, each customer (or business) gets a heading with a count of their plans. Plans with no customer sit at the bottom under No customer.
- 1Open Plans.
- 2Type in Search plans, customers, addresses. It matches the plan name, the customer, their business and the site address.
- 3Use the grouping menu to sort the list by Customer, Recent or Name. robot remembers your choice.
What the status chips mean
- Draft — you’re still working on it. The customer hasn’t been sent a link.
- Sent — the plan has been published to its live link, either with Send to customer or by sharing the Live plan link.
- Locked — you downloaded an interactive copy, so the plan is locked to match it. Locked shows even if the plan was also sent.
- Shared — another business (usually a builder) sent you this plan. It’s your own copy to mark up and price.
Sending the live link yourself also marks a plan Sent, even if robot didn’t text or email anyone.
Delete a plan
- 1Tap ⋯ on the plan’s row.
- 2Tap Delete plan.
- 3Confirm with Delete plan. This can’t be undone.
Want to keep the plan but start fresh on the drawing? Open it and use Next steps → Clear plan instead. That wipes every floor, pin and setting but keeps the plan and its customer.
Rename, floors and customers
You name a plan when you create it. Floors are added and renamed inside the planner — see How to upload a floor plan and add floors.
To change who the plan is for, open it and tap the customer chip in the top bar.
